new v40 r-design

Hi everybody

after 20 years of owning fords, I have been converted to a v40 r design thanks to my son saying I need a better car. so I am looking at a new v40 r-design with cruise and winter pack.
i need some advice, on the road price is £22,895 then the dealer is giving me £2,550 and i am putting a deposit of £259 so amount to finance is £19,335 paying £259 over four years, question is this a good deal.

Is this on PCP or PCH? Depends on what your final payment is if it's on PCP otherwise sounds like a reasonable deal to me especially with a dealer contribution of £2550! Personally though I would still push for some discount.

Go on sites such as Carwow, Orangewheels and drive the deal and get some quotes off there then take them to the dealers and see if they can at the very least match them. That's what I did (though they were still a few hundred pound out but was happy with that).

My dealer matched Carwow for a T3 R-Design Lux Nav and with the extra bits added too.

Its well worth getting a few prices and haggling a bit.
