Hi folks. Having some errors show up intermittently last few days. (See pix attached). Could this be a major problem or something I could possibly do myself. I’ve read some recent posts about bad contacts under the footwell mat and wonder if that could be the cause. The lights and warnings come up on starting the car and disappear after10-15 mins. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

Interesting.
I had a dead ABS sensor failure a few weeks ago.
£7 on ebay, 30 minutes and all sorted.

I never got the engine error tho...

Mine went OPEN circuit, yours says short. Could be cable?
The short may be triggering other errors inc engine...

Difficult one..
I've got a vida, so my errors looked more direct. Maybe some of them on that reader are red herrings?

I also had to replace a wheel sensor a few months ago. I was getting “ABS/DSTC failure - Service required” and various messages about City Safety etc ... but I don't remember seeing an engine error.

The rear wheel sensors are the same part on the left and the right sides, so you could try just swapping them over and see if the error switches sides too.

Ok thanks guys. If the weather stays dry today I’ll give some of your suggestions a go, starting with connectors. Would that be under the footwell carpet drivers side or elsewhere? Don’t have a wiring diagram, though might try googling it. Cheers for the input RS3100, chiptivo and rokichi.
