Hi there. I've got a Volvo v40 d4 as a company car and the car is wonderful otherwise but I can't find the option to make the steering heavier. I've changed it on the test v40s that I've driven and it's just not where the manual says it should be in my car. Does anyone have any idea why this might be?

As it is an option, maybe your car doesn't have it.

My Car -> Settings -> Vehicle/car settings -> steering force (low, medium or high)

Is that an option only if you went for the Sports Pack? I thought so.

According to the UK price list (page 12) http://www.volvocars.com/uk/Documents/Volvo-V40-pricelist.PDF it's an option on its own on all versions.

It is also included with the Sports Pack

Ah so it is. I think it was missing off the company car options list, otherwise I would've had it. That's a bit of a disappointment, because I'm sure it's only something that has to be enabled in software. I think the ford focus has it as standard.

Never mind, still a great car to drive.
