I wanted a second set of wheels for my 2017 D4 R-design Pro, and after considering a smaller size of wheel, I decided to stick with the 18" size my car came with.

I managed to get a set of alloys from a 2015 Ford Focus ST 250 for a decent price, and these are currently fitted to my D4 with Kumho i-zien KW27 winter tyres. I think the ST weels actually suit the V40 quite nicely!

The original 18s on my car were 7.5" wide, with an offset of 52.5mm, whereas the ST wheels are 8" wide with an offset of 55mm, but they bolt straight on with no rubbing issues.

Don’t know if you’re still active on here, but how have these wheels been long term? Still no rubbing? I’d quite like to put some ST wheels on my V40 but I currently have 17inch wheels so would have to look at the software/limiters to stop the tyres rubbing.

I have 18 land rover wheels on my d4 no rubbing and my car is lowered 30mm
