Just bought an '02 Volvo V40 Wagon with 123k miles on it! Glad to see there is a large community for the V40 model. I am a bit green when it comes to car repair, but I hope to be able to find what I am looking for with some research when needed. Welcome Salty, but sadly I think you've chosen the wrong forum. This is for the decade-later version (2012-2019), developed jointly with the Ford Focus (mark 3) and, as far as I know, never sold in the USA.
Haha, honest mistake ? Saw that it has been up since 2012, but thought this was for the model V40 in general. Thank you for pointing that out to me.
