Hey men, someone have problems with sleep? I don't know what to do! I can't speed 48 hours... Advice please

Today, the most common problem people face is depression it may be due to heavy workload, hectic life schedule. And most people don't even know that they are in depression but it is a very serious problem. Yes, of course, there are medicines available in the market but from my point of view, the best treatment is to talk with them. First of all, you should identify the source of the problem. Maybe it's stress, maybe it's a change in your lifestyle, or it might be everything else that makes you feel uncomfortable.
