Low battery charge error

Hello everyone, I just bought my first car, a 2014 Volvo V40 T3, and a warning appears on the dashboard that says 'low battery charge.' The car is recently purchased and is not driven regularly because I'm waiting for all the paperwork to be finalized. Since the car has been standing in the parking lot for about 15 days, I start it every day or every two days for about 15 minutes to prevent the battery from draining. After the car runs for a while, the message disappears, but it reappears the next day or after two days. Today I drove the car a bit longer, about 30 minutes, and the message appeared again after I turned off the engine. I'm not sure if the car has start-stop. It seems like it does, but it only activated once a few days ago, and since then it hasn't activated again. What could be the problem? Thanks a lot for your help, sorry if this is not the right thread for this topic.:)
I hade the same problem i bought my v40 T5 about a month ago and had the same error. I just installed a new battery and the error was gone. (y)

The service book says that the belt was changed about 10,000 kilometers ago. Right now, the car doesn't show any errors since I started driving regularly, but the start-stop system is not working. The only thing left is to check the second battery, so I'll have to take the car to be tested, including that second battery, although it's difficult to access it.
The start stop function also worked after fitting the new battery.
