what is your opinion of changing the lower spoiler of momentum to r design?
has anyone made this change?

Lower spoiler?? Do you mean the lower valance?

I am guessing he means the entire front bumper.
In that case you will need an new r-design bumper with new daytime running lights and lower grill.
Would cost around 700-800 Euros maybe more

The front is the whole bumper which will cost you around 600€ with paint (in Germany)
The rear lower part of the bumper can be changed separatly, there is a member here that has done it (aiken), he should be able to tell you how much he paid (my guess ist around 200€).

Yes you are correct :-/

Assuming that the T3 has 2 visible end pipes (not sure).

Rear spoiler price around p no. 31399134 --> 242.00 euro
End pipes round price around p. no. 31399135 --> 218.90 euro
+ installation costs at your local dealer.

Prices will probably be 10-15% higher in Greece.
