Hi guys just wondered if anyone can help, I bought my 2002 s40 a few days ago and all seemed fine apart from

the remote fob doesn't do anything open or lock or set the alarm
also with the key the front drivers door does not want to lock even with key, you can turn the key in the lock and lock the other doors and the boot but no LED or alarm sets, I have tried new batteries in the remote fob and still it doesn't, now work can I get one from the dealer and if so how much are they also any help on the door locking would be great thanks guys.

This area is for the new model V40 so I doubt anyone has any experience of this, if they had they would just pass it back to the dealers to sort under warranty.

thanks Dennis but as mine is a 2002 s40 I dont think the warranty will be in date but will keep looking
