Does anyone know how we could change oil in the V40? Is there a cap under the car as it is in the S60 (2001-2009) or we have to take it to the dealer in order to pump the oil?

If your car has a dipstick tube, then you can suck the oil out yourself with an oil extractor. I've got a Pela 2000 and it works a treat. http://www.pelapumps.co.uk/ Apart from for emptying the sump, oil extractors are ideal for removing excess oil if you've put too much in. Google for "oil extractors".

So there is not any cap to remove and wait to drain? Apart from this, where the oil filter is located to change it?
