rear bumper removal guide?

i remember a guide on volvos webiste on exactly how to remove th whole rear bumper, but now can't find it any where, I've looked at the tow bar one, but am certain it was slightly different as tow bar doesn't show bumper off.....

any ideas

That's the one I used.

It's pretty straight forward to take all the gubbins off to fit the tow bar carrier. The bit that sits below the boot lid needs a bit of blind faith to hoik it off and you need to be careful when taking the plastic tray thing out of the boot well to avoid breaking the clip behind the seat but otherwise it's doable in a couple of hours. :)
