i remember a guide on volvos webiste on exactly how to remove th whole rear bumper, but now can't find it any where, I've looked at the tow bar one, but am certain it was slightly different as tow bar doesn't show bumper off.....

any ideas

i was looking at wrong tow bar, its the fixed on you need to look at... I've found the link
