Hello,

The Sensus Connect from my V40 T2 (MY 2016) has been crashing a lot lately. Even when idle (no GPS or media read).
The frequency of this happening is quite sporadic, but for example this morning it crashed 5x on a 15 minute trip.

To describe the the symptoms more precisely: screen freezes for a few tens of seconds, then the sound of the radio is cut for a few seconds, then the screen goes black with the hard drive spinning down and the system restarts with normal behavior until next crash...

Has anyone experienced this problem and how was it resolved?

I have a similar problem. But it happens every time only once, after starting the engine and only if temperature is about 5*C (+/- 5*C).
Screen shows picture, but not changed picture. After a while it restarts, black screen, Volvo logo.... and everything is Ok back. Real mystery....
