I have the same problem, there are 2020 map updates to download but the car firmware needs updating via a dealer and apparently it’s not worth the risk.
Downloaded the new update took just over 1 hour no problems at all. just 1 little niggle when first used it was showing All petrol stations which when i got to destination i could turn them off. I think there turned on by default in new update
When leaving the car, remove key and open door.
Infotainment system will switch off.
Then switch it back on by pressing the power button for 3 seconds.
The update will continue.
Leave car and lock it.
Infotainment will continue update for 30 minutes until it shuts down.
Go back out and repeat.
No risk to battery.
