You don't want one of these. The engine will have never been bedded in properly. Clutch will be on way out as has been used instead of a brake. Brake rotors will need changing as never had any hard work. Rust as it will have been washed and still wet left in garage. exhaust system always wet from short trips. Lemon lemon lemon

Your advice kinda ruins it for buying a car in the UK! You forgot the chassis and floor will be rotten because of the salt in winter, be full of filler because no one can park, will have had an engine because of flood damage andprobably be stolen or on the hitlist too 🤣 🤣
Seriously, a 35k petrol T2/3 motor will likely be a gem of a find, and wont have had it's 'RSe spanked between every gear change at 7k unlike the T5
