please can somebody do a check for me on a v40 t5 r geartronic .
I think its my mind playing tricks with me so please humour me.
The car as you are aware has a very sensitive throttle but i have found the following.
so stop at intersection select sport mode that is select 1st gear manualy pull away normally and allow the car to change gear .push the gear lever back to drive and at the same time lift you foot off the throttle pedal .the next time you put your foot down the movement of the pedal is a lot less sensitive .
this only works till the next time you come to a complete stop .
i wish they could link the steering setting to the throttle setting
