Dear forum members.

It seems as though the D2 driveE has a 205mm limit to the tyre width, according to danish sales specifications. The D2 without driveE appears not to have this limit.
Hope you can help answer whether this is to limit co2 emission or a physical limit in the driveE versions?

It is plainly to reach the co2 Emission advertised by volvo. You can fit any wheel size that goes on other v40s but you will have to add a limiter to reduce how far you can turn the wheels (if not fitted as standard anyway).
