As some of you know, I do own a dutch Volvo V40 D2 1.6.
The car is coming from 2013 and has now 95k kilometers on the clock.
I have been experiencing a few issues that the dealer can't resolve, hopefully you guys can give me a hint in the right direction:
1) at cold start, the engine is stuttering quite a bit, but also giving a lot of blue smoke sometimes.
This blue smoke does not smell like oil, and the oil level stays perfectly on top, so i have the feeling that it must be something like diesel unburnt?
For the stuttering the car have had the DV6D Idle motor management update already, since then it became less but now it is becoming more again.
2) the steering of the car feels quite ''nervous'' if i may call it like that, today the wheel system was aligned once again and the wheels balanced again, but still, while driving on the same traject - different days - the steering differs. It really feels like the car needs to be corrected a lot.
According to the garage - no problems were observed, there is no play in the suspension at all.
