Hi everybody!! Still not have my car yet due to holiday of the dealers's secretary... but I have had the chance to see it yesterday!!!!! She's so beautiful!! In thirteen days she will be mine! So impatient!!! But the wait is almost over!

Here are some pics taken at my dealer place, in a little underground garage, with poor light condtion... I'll do better photos when I really got it

Cool to see pictures of your R-design. First one I've seen beside Volvos promo cars. I will not get mine untill april, so hope you take som more detailed photos and post them here. Happy waiting for your car!

That looks awesome..

Looks really nice in the white and the seats look fab. You must be one of the first to own the R design and I am a little envious though that you only have days left before you are driving it. Mines due early Feb and is an age away. Many happy miles.....

Hey guys! A little more than 1 week that I enjoy my all new V40! She's just so awesome!!! I really like it! It's so easy to drive it, it goes alone xD It's very very confortable, the T4 is really awesome! I'm really happy with the car! And of course... R-Design is just beautiful!! Exterior and interior is soooo beautiful and well done! I've already done more than 1100km and made about 8.2l / 100km. I hope to have 7l/100km in the future (but actually I drive a little bit sporty ^^)

Here are some quick pics taken with my mobile phone, and the car wasn't really clean (weather is just aweful those last days...). I'll do some better when the sun will shining

Like I said earlier in your post, that does look awesome. You must be one happy person. Just a few questions:-

1) on the first two pics, are they lights that ar on or the flash off your phone??
2) on the second to last pic, what is the amber light under te wing mirror??
3) are those wheels 17"??

The car really does look awesome and I with you many happy trouble free miles (or kilometres as you use).

So, yes on the first two pics lights are on. The light that we see on other pics under the wing mirror is the approaching light that is just under the mirror.
And yes wheels are 17", with 225/45 winter tyres.

It gives two choices for the R-Design:

Ixion 17"
and
Ixion II 18"

I think the thread owner has 17

Would love to see some interior photos of your car now it's "unpacked" and out in the daylight

Yes I'm sure. Like NicoNic says, there is the 17" Ixion (like mine) and the 18" Ixion who the dark part of the wheel is more black than the 17"

The 18" wheels are an option for R-Design.

Waiting is quite long! But after that it's only hapiness!!

Carbon fibre wrap? I think it looks cool! ( and I'm waiting for the sun too, so I can take some new photos of my car)
