Hi, not long had my v40, pretty standard r design D2.

I have some 16 inch winter wheels off my old car, a Ford Focus. I understand the wheel fit is near identical, but have my doubts I am getting accurate info off the net.

Does anyone know for certain the dimensions of the 16" wheel size to fit, including offset? Also is there any tolerance on the offset you can use?

Thanks in advance !

I would expect them to fit

Offset is 45mm, would think +/- 5mm on narrower tyres.

5 stud 108mm PCD, just make sure aspect ratio is correct to keep O/D the same

Cheers for that, just waiting for the call to confirm the old wheel size. They are held up at a ford dealers right now who are kind enough to look after mine over the winter.

Tyre size is 205 55 16, which matches with those that Volvo recommend for winter steels. All the other sizes match up fine it seems, just have doubts over the offset.
