No it isn't. Part of it is a full diagnostic and communications function if you connect it to your car with a Volvo DICE VCI. But you can run it without ever doing that, and still have access to full service and repair information, technical documentation, parts manuals and exploded diagrams, special tool lists, etc.Hi,

This is for petrol VEA engine cars. I imagine yours will be very similar. If you know your engine code I can see if it is in my copy of VIDA.OK, Managed to get that on a stick and it took about three years to run, so have bought a DVD off Fleabay. Will see if that works.
