Ventilation problem

The ventilation in my v40 is not working. There is just very little air coming through the outlets and it doesn´t change if if I set the fan speed to max.
Could anyone suggest things that could be broken and how to fix them. I have checked fuse nr.10 under the bonnet and that is fine.

Is the 'AUTO' button switched off and what happens when you selected 'max' front screen defrost? Usually the latter it sends max airflow to the glass, and boy it's loud (the fans).

Yes, the air flow controls are set to body. I have tried to set them to all available combinations. That does not change anything. The airvents are open.
There is also very little or no air coming onto the windscreen since I have condensation problems when its a bit wet outside. I have to open the windows to remove the condensation.

Just to perhaps state the obvious, your air flow on the controls are set to 'body' and not, 'glass' or 'feet' right? and also, all the airvents are actually 'open' and not closed via the scrolling lever right?
