Oil Level Not Available 2.0 D2

Hi, I have just bought a 2016 V40 2.0 D2 and tried to check the oil level on the dash.

I scrolled to the oil level on dash and managed to get the display on screen but it states Not Available underneath the level scale?

Any advice ?

A warm welcome to the V40 & the forum bramall... Great choice :smile2:
Did you put the ignition into key position 2 first?
Feet off the pedals with the keyfob in the slot then a 2-3sec push of the start engine button.
Then try bringing up the oil level.
